1 tsp Taco seasoning
0.13 cup Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
0.13 cup Black beans, mashed
0.50 tbsp Diced green chilies
0.50 tbsp Chipotle salsa
0.25 cup Reduced fat cheddar cheese
1 dash Spinach, salsa and more yogurt for garnish

Cook beef on stove until browned.
