1 Golden Home 7” Ultra Thin Pizza Crust
6-8 oz. Tenderloin, very quickly seared, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup 0% Chobani nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Chipotle sauce
2 tbsp Dry peppercorn dressing
Red pepper flakes
2 tbsp Ancho chili powder
1/4 cup Buffalo cheese, shredded
1/4 cup Asiago cheese
Red onion, very thinly sliced
Green pepper, very thinly sliced
Salt and fresh cracked black pepper
1Season steak with salt, pepper and onion powder and place it on a VERY hot grill for 3 min/side. Set aside.
2Combine greek yogurt, chipotle sauce, peppercorn dressing, red pepper flakes and ancho chili powder and spread evenly across the Ultra Thin Pizza Crust.
3Sprinkle with cheeses.
4Distribute onion and pepper over cheese.
5Slice steak and place it on pizza.
6Season with salt and black pepper.
7Grill or bake pizza according to instructions.
