The Santa Fe Pizza

1 Golden Home 7” Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

4 oz. Santa fe marinated chicken breast, diced and grilled

1 Red onion, cut in strips

1/4 cup Pablano pepper, cut in strips

1 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning

Salt and pepper

1/2 cup Tomato sauce

Chili powder

1/4 cup Corn

1 tbsp Chipotle sauce

Rd pepper flakes

1/4 cup Reduced fat feta cheese

1/4 cup Shredded parmesan cheese

Sliced mushrooms

1 tsp Ground cumin

Garlic powder


1Cook chicken breast on stove, over medium heat. Set aside.

2Saute red onion and pablano with water, Montreal steak seasoning salt and pepper.

3Leave on stove for 30-45 minutes. Set aside.

4Combine tomato sauce, chili powder, corn, chipotle sauce and red pepper flakes and spread evenly across the Ultra Thin Pizza Crust.

5Distribute cheese.

6Dry chicken with paper towel and spread over cheese.

7Dry onion mixture with pepper towel and distribute over chicken.

8Grill or bake pizza according to instructions and garnish with fresh cilantro.
