Thai Chicken Pizza

1 100% Whole Grain Ultra Thin Crust

1/3 cup Duck sauce

2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce

1/2 cup Athenos reduced-fat feta cheese (crumbled)

16 oz. Cooked, diced chicken breast

1/4 cup Parkers natural chunky peanut butter

Organic, red pepper, VERY thinly sliced

White onion, VERY thinly sliced

Organic, carrots, VERY thinly sliced

Organic, broccoli, cut into SMALL florets

Cracked black pepper


1Cook chicken breast, set aside.

2Combine duck sauce and 1 TB chili garlic sauce, spread mixture onto pizza crust.

3Cover sauce with feta cheese.

4Place chicken back on stove, add peanut butter and 1 TB chili garlic sauce, heat to coat.

5Top crust with chicken.

6Slice vegetables and disperse evenly and graciously.

7Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
