1 dash Salt and pepper
0.33 cup Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
2 Artichoke hearts, squeezed and diced
1 tsp Dry ranch seasoning
1 dash Fresh spinach
0.25 cup Reduced fat mozzarella cheese
0.25 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 dash Cracked black pepper
