Spinach, Artichoke and Chicken Protein Pizza

1 Golden Home Protein Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

3 oz. Chicken breast

1 dash Salt and pepper

1/3 cup Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

2 Artichoke hearts, squeezed and diced

1 tsp Dry ranch seasoning

1 dash Fresh spinach

1/4 cup Reduced fat mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced

1 dash Cracked black pepper


1Cook chicken on stove or grill until browned.

2Set aside on paper towel.

3Mix yogurt, artichoke hearts, and ranch seasoning and spread evenly over the Protein Pizza Crust.

4Cover with spinach.

5Distribute cheese, chicken and mushrooms over spinach.

6Finish with pepper.

7Grill or bake pizza according to instructions.
