South of the Border Protein Pizza

Ingredients

1 Golden Home Protein Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

3 oz. Ground round

1 - 2 tsp Taco seasoning

1/8 cup Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1/8 cup Black beans, mashed

1/2 tbsp Diced green chilies

1/2 tbsp Chipotle salsa

1/4 cup Reduced fat cheddar cheese

1 dash Spinach, salsa and more yogurt for garnish

Directions

1Cook beef on stove until browned.

2Set aside on paper towel.

3Mix yogurt, beans, chilies and chipotle salsa and spread evenly over the Protein Pizza Crust.

4Top with cheddar cheese.

5Distribute beef over cheese.

6Grill or bake pizza according to instructions.

7Garnish with spinach, salsa and yogurt.
