Fruit Pizza

1 Golden Home Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

4 oz. Reduced fat cream cheese

6 oz. Chobani 0% nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

1 tsp Fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp Honey

4-5 Strawberries, sliced

1 Kiwi, sliced

20 Blueberries

1 tbsp Fresh mint, chopped


1Preheat oven at 425 degrees.

2Place crust directly on rack in oven and bake for 2 minutes.

3Beat cream cheese, yogurt, lemon juice, and honey in small bowl until smooth.

4Spread cream cheese mixture over the baked Ultra Thin Pizza Crust.

5Distribute fruit over cream cheese mixture.

6Top with mint.
