Buffalo Chicken Pizza

1 100% Whole Grain Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

4 Chicken breasts but into chunks

1/4 cup Frank’s sweet chili sauce

3 tbsp Louisiana hot sauce

1/4 cup 0% plain Chobani Greek yogurt

1/2 tbsp Dry ranch seasoning

1/2 cup Crumbled, reduced fat feta

Chopped celery

Sliced red onion

Cracked black pepper

Louisiana hot sauce to drizzle


1Marinade chicken breast in sweet chili and 1 TB hot sauce for about 3 hours.

2Cook chicken breast and marinade in pan, over high heat, until chicken is cooked through.

3Combine Chobani, dry ranch seasoning and remaining hot sauce and spread over crust.

4Top with feta cheese.

5Distribute chicken over cheese.

6Based on your liking, continue to top pizza with vegetables.

7Finish with black pepper.

8Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
