Breakfast Pizza

1 Golden Home Ultra Thin Pizza Crust

2 cup 100% egg whites

5 Organic eggs

3 Slices canadian bacon, diced

1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp Olive oil

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup Reduced fat feta cheese

2 tbsp Fresh chives, chopped

1/2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped


1Preheat oven at 425 degrees.

2Place crust directly on rack in oven and bake for 2 minutes.

3Whisk together egg whites, eggs, canadian bacon, and seasonings.

4Cook egg mixture in non-stick pan over medium heat until fluffy.

5Drizzle olive oil over baked Ultra Thin Pizza Crust.

6Disperse scrambled eggs over crust.

7Sprinkle cheeses and herbs over eggs.

8Bake pizza for 3 minutes at 425 degrees.
